Job Description:
- Confer with supervisor while reviewing schedule, cost, and sales decisions when necessary.
- Share job cost responsibility through monitoring budgets and schedules, prepare pencil draws, oversee project related AIA billing with accounting team, resolving problems, and reporting cost projections to supervisor on a monthly or more frequent basis.
- Propose and negotiate owner change orders.
- Write and approve change orders.
- Work with governmental agencies to aid project success or resolve job problems as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This job has supervisory responsibilities of field technicians, in partnership with the Operations Manager, Principal (s), Business Manager and Human Resources.
- This position is expected to manage and hold accountable field technicians and subcontractors for their adherence to schedules, punctuality, quality control performance, and cost control items.
